Our cookies are made fresh and are free from preservatives. Therefore, each cookie will remain fresh for a week before it starts to change texture and taste. They can be frozen if you don’t plan
to consume them right away. We recommend that you freeze them once received. To reheat them,take them out the freezer and allow them to come to room temperature. Remove the cookie from
the plastic packaging, wrap the cookie in paper kitchen towel and microwave for 30 to 40 seconds.

Velvet chunk : salted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, eggs, red food colouring, cocoa powder, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, cake wheat flour, sea salt, cornflour, white chocolate ( sugar, vegetable fat, skim milk powder, soya lecithin, vanilla).

NYC Chunk: salted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, vanilla essence, cake wheat flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, sea salt, walnuts, dark chocolate (sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, skim milk powder, soya lecithin, flavouring) milk chocolate (sugar, vegetable fat, skim milk powder, cocoa powder, soya lecithin, vanilla) cornflour.

Triple Chocolate Chunk: salted butter, brown sugar, white sugar, egg, vanilla essence, cake wheat flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, sea salt, cocoa powder, dark chocolate (sugar, vegetable fat, cocoa powder, skim milk powder, soya lecithin, flavouring) milk chocolate (sugar, vegetable fat, skim milk powder, cocoa powder, soya lecithin, vanilla) white chocolate (sugar, vegetable fat, skim milk powder, soya lecithin, vanilla) cornflour.

Shipments are made every Monday through Courier Services  exclusively within South Africa. We unfortunately do not ship to Soweto, Ga-rankuwa, Kuruman, Uppington, Kimberley, Mossel bay, Knysa and Plettenberg bay for now. We are looking at other delivery alternatives for the future.

Brink Bakes is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost.

All orders are to be placed on a Thursday by 8pm latest. Please allow 4- 7 business days to receive your order.

Please note the following for pick ups : 

• Pick up is only on a Saturday between 11am and 12pm. 
• Unfortunately no pick ups will be allowed after this time. 
•  If you are unable to pick up your order after placing it for pick up, you will need to pay an additional fee for delivery and deliveries will go out on Monday via courier service and be subject to the 4-7 working day delivery lead time.
