Refund Policy
Due to the perishable nature of our products and the fact that we cannot control how our products are transported and stored in the shipping process, once delivered to the customer, Brink Bakes does not accept returns or exchanges, sales are final.
Shipping Policy
Shipments are made every Monday via Fastway exclusively within South Africa. We unfortunately do not ship to Soweto, Ga-rankuwa, Kuruman, Uppington, Kimberley, Mossel bay, Knysa and Plettenberg bay for now. We are looking at other delivery alternatives for the future.
Brink Bakes is not responsible for delivery delays due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. We are also not liable for packages marked as "delivered" but subsequently lost. Shipments returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses will be subject to additional charges for reshipment.
Shipping charges will not be refunded for delays caused by closed locations and/or denied access to the delivery site. Estimated delivery times do not account for unforeseen weather delays that may impact shipping and arrival dates.
Brink Bakes is not liable for delivery delays resulting from the high volume experienced by shipping companies
